Integrative Nuclear Architecture

The Armenise-Harvard Integrative Nuclear Architecture integrates imaging techniques, genomic data, structural bioinformatics, and physical theories to investigate the 3D genome organisation plasticity and how multiple components of the nucleus influence gene regulation information across scales. We are an active member of the iRNA@IIT Initiative and of the FANTOM6 (Functional ANnoTation Of the Mammalian genome) collaborative project.
